Rip off. Only 33 pages long.
I assume they left out page numbers because the book is more like a pamplet. 33 pages long. Im not cheap at all, but this is an obvious scam. Hardley a "complete guide". Should be three dollars. I have read two hudroponics books and this was hard to follow. If you look up Nancy Ross you can see she is wrighting about all the hot topics. Proably just googles it and sumerizes the web sites. There is more info if you google. So because she doesnt understand hudropinics its just garbled hard to follow information. I am so sorry this is such s harsh review, but if your going to write a book you cant just through a bunch of randome information togeter and charge people. It is not a book. It is a money making scam. I dont just want my money back. I want my Time back.

Only worthwhile if you can get it for free
This book gives you a good outline to use to go research details somewhere else. It casually breezes over most of the subject matter without actually providing much useful information. Long on words, short on details. If the Kindle version wasn't free I'd have only given it 1 star, but since it was, I suppose there is some value to it. Nothing you couldn't also find in more detail by spending a few hours surfing related blogs, though... This guide is anything but "Complete", in several cases advising you to just go buy a kit and read the instructions. Really? That's like writing a book on how to build furniture and then advising people to buy a kit at Ikea and let the delivery guys set it up for you. The author provides no personal examples from experience, and I really have to wonder if she didnt just screen scrape the site index for some hydroponics website somewhere to get her info.

(more like a monograph)
The book was very short..(more like a monograph) .just a few pages in length...costing approx. a dollar a page. The information was extremely brief and there were no diagrams depicting the narrative which would have been helpful. The book did not stimulate me to learn more about the subject. I would not recommend this text for beginners.

Good start
I knew absolutely nothing about hydroponics, so this book was a good place to start. I am attending a seminar this week on hydroponics and wanted to get some quick information. I now have some basic knowledge that I will use to gain more in depth knowledge. Hopefully it will contribute to my plan for sustainable agriculture.

Great
First time ever reading and learning about hydroponics and I'll say honestly it's helped a lot. Only criticism I'd give, is to use more hardcore evidence/facts. In the beginning it seemed like a lot of the info was either from your own personal experience or from another biased opinion. But throughout the rest of the book you proved me wrong on my opinion. You went into detail about the importance of certain things and I really enjoyed that. Please comment back if you have any other gardening books or even any book for that matter. I love to support! Thank you for the knowledge

Use google instead!
Nothing but a glorified brochure. There is NOTHING complete about this VERY uninformative pamphlet.

Sorry I bought this
No real information here. Not worth the energy to ship this "book", more pamphlet than book. So general is the information that you couldn't learn anything above it hydroponic growing from reading this.

Dire
I ought to be paid for reading as much of this as I did. It's really an essay 'What i Know about hydroponics'. Proof reading and fact checking soon disappear, there are no diagrams and it could in no way be described as complete. Its best use would be to use it to set as an exercise for homework requiring students to correct it for facts/grammar/style.

Mmmmmm
Ok read, doesn't tell you anything new and full of editorial errors. 3 star is probably generous

Not worthy of the price
The actual content of the book is just approx. 25 pages and the price is whopping 920/-. These days books on IT and related software technologies are sold under 800 with the content spanning at least 250 pages.Though the book says for beginners, I see that it's no way beginner-friendly at all. The content is far far less than what we can get from the internet. It would be less to say that Wiki and at least 10-15 websites provide far better knowledge on hydroponics with great illustrations. YouTube has thousands of videos. No way a beginner would comfortably be able to dive into execution by reading this book.

Just a suggestion
You could have added some pictures though.. people don't know what those necessaries for example growing mediums look like. Try it
