Perfect for those who love light roast but want to enjoy a bold taste!
I have been an avid coffee drinker since I was in the fourth grade. I am now 38 years old and finding that with age comes some complications of the infamous sensitive tummy that older age brings. So I have been on the quest to find the perfect new light roast coffee that will not make my stomach feel like it's being burned to the core. I read the reviews and they sounded great but unfortunately I found that though it had a smooth start, the strong finish was not a positive one on my stomach. If you want a light roast coffee that has a bit of a stronger taste, then this is the coffee for you and I think you would really like it. Because of my sensitivity issues with my stomach unfortunately it was not a keeper. My quest continues but don't let my dislike for this product sway to you from trying it.UPDATE :This company read my review. They were upset that they could not achieve my satisfaction for this specific product. Not only did they write me a personal apology, they refunded my entire purchase and recommended a different brand from one of their clients that makes low acidic coffee for people like me who love coffee but have sensitive stomach issues.I will be sure to check out their recommendation.I was blown away by their excellent customer service which is rare these days & truly was not expecting the response or result. I upgraded my one star to 5 stars for them going above & beyond the customer service call of duty.Their product is excellent quality -just not for me or my stomach.

Solid, consistient coffee.
Flavored K Cups prevail over actual Coffee K Cups at about a 5:1 ratio because Coffee K Cups normally taste sort of like coffee, but more like coffee you found from yesterday, watered down a little and microwaved.I've tried all three varieties now and found each one to actually have coffee smell, taste, and mouthfeel. All pleasant at that. There is not as much difference between the different kinds as I would have expected. I'd be happy with any one of them for a daily backup. My K Cup habit comes mid-morning after 100mg caffeine in the morning when I work out and then a proper cup of coffee at home with breakfast so these hit right where I want them to.Two psychological points to mention:1. They put a few in a bag inside the box. The implication was they are free extras. They may or may not have been. I'm not going to count K Cups so either way points for that because you either did something nice for me or out-marketed my brain, which I can appreciate.2. The box is simple packaging that prominently displays the name so when I leave it out in my cube everyone who happens by is subject to acknowledge quirky and curated superior choice of K Cups. "How dare you buy that Costco garbage?" it mocks as they walk by. Who doesn't want that?

Is it good or really good?
1 star: Garbage2 star: Average3 star: Good4 star: Better5 star: BestFlavor: 3.5 StarsUpfront the taste is smooth but bold but the time it rolls back on your tongue. Leaving only a hint of sour at the back of your mouth and a tad bitter after taste but pleasant like dark chocolate. Overall the flavor is rich. a full flavored cup that I could drink daily and not be disappointed with. For frame of reference I drink coffee strong and black. Usually using 6-8 oz of water with a K-cup. For example Starbucks French Roast served Black @ 8oz is 2 stars in my book. This coffee Flavor wise I give 3.5 stars.Presentation: 3.5 StarsPart 1 Visual. I don't care about the packaging so long as nothing is broken and nothing was broken. The color of the coffee is nice, normal, not grainy. I do like to see the oils at the top of the cup something that wasn't present at 8oz. I will try again at 6oz and see if there is a change but I doubt it as the oils are usually present or they aren't. Seeing the oil is a sign of the roast and/or how fresh the coffee is. For this reason I give it 3 stars.Part 2 Aroma: The Aroma is mild. Reminds me of the first smell of coffee when you walk into your favorite pancake house. Yeah you're there for the cakes but the coffee is always good. Aroma is 4 stars.Over all Presentation is 3.5 StarsPrice: 4 StarsThis comes down to Presentation + Flavor / Cost = ValueAt a little north of .50 cents a cup I'd say its a good value.Overall Rating: 4 StarsWhile not my favorite, that brand is not always available. Real Good Coffee French Roast is a good stand by, a break from my norm, good share with coworker or excellent choice for an afternoon cup. I like to keep 3 different brands and a variety left overs in my office. My Boss, Coworkers and Employees always come sniffing around for my coffee. Especially my Boss. Real Good Coffee will make a real good offering when they come fishing for a cup while serving as a solid when I need a break from my norm or just want a smooth afternoon cup of Joe.
