Really useful recipes for dog treats
Really useful recipes for dog treats. i have made the mambo italiano , the country club, and the cheese please dog biscuits . all of them were loved by my pets. At Christmas time I baked for a doggie cookie exchange, I made the plumpkins and also one called meat and potato I believe it is called that. These were very well received by all at the treat exchange. This book is my favorite for pet treats, I am looking at the other Bubba Rose biscuit book and thinking of adding that book the the dog recipe collection. Some of the recipes may be duplicates in the bigger book but still I would love to add more of their recipes.

My dog likes these simple to make recipes.
The recipes are very simple to prepare although most of them are very similar to one another. Most of the ingredients are normal items that are easy to find. My dog enjoyed the first batch of banana b'oats I made, but then she's a Labrador Retriever... she'll eat lettuce if it has mayo on it! Beware of storing the treats at room temperature like the recipe says. Half the batch of treats spoiled when I followed those directions; maybe my container was too air tight. All in all, a good cookbook at a good price, plus you get free cookie cutters!

Great Book
A great book to use if you want to treat your furry babies and give them a healthier alternative to treats "made in China". Some of the recipes a little messy but totally worth it when you see how much they love the treats. I did have to make a trip to the health food for some of the ingredients, so I'd recommend going through the book and making a list of needs to have on hand first. The wagging tail, happy dances and kisses made it all worth the time and effort.........not to mention a healthier dog!

The cookie cutters are overly large. The recipes are unnecessarily complicated. I have made organic dog treats for years. I own a dog walking/doggy daycare/pet sitting business and make treats a lot. Good dog treats do not require more than 4 or 5 ingredients. Most of the recipes in this book have a laundry list of ingredients. I made a couple of the recipes and the dogs did gobble them up however I have since went back to making my usual treats and the dogs cannot tell the difference. Also not fond of the use of potato flour, I like to use both rice and coconut flour so a small amount of potato flour does help provide some stickiness or glue but too much potato flour makes it hard to work with.

Organic Dog Biscuit Cookook Kit
I love this cookbook, but the cover and description of the biscuit cutters that come with the book are misleading. It is described as including three cutters: a bone, a fire hydrant, and a paw print. The cookbook I received came with a bone, a fire hydrant, and a squirrel. One of the reasons I ordered the book was because of the paw print cutter, which I really needed. Other than this, the book very good. I love the way the cutters are included in the cookbook itself.

LOVE IT!!
I have many family members that have dogs. I always bake for the humans and thought it would be nice to do so for the canines. A couple of the dogs have health issues and a co-worker recommended the books form this company. I will be buying more of them so I have many different treats to make them!! P.S. the dogs loved them also!!

Good book
Book is smaller than the hardcover version (not sure why) which is no longer available to buy new. Didnt really need the cutters so they could have been an option. Thought the £10 cost a little high for the content of the book. Also a converter from US to UK would be handy. Still a good purchase though as some great recipes & my dog loves them.
