Best probiotics I’ve ever had, TRULY tasteless

Like all Puradyme/Lou Corona products, Liyfbiotic is a wonderful supplement, packed with proteolytic super strains designed to work in synergy and go after putrefied proteins, leftovers from the meals you probably shouldn't have consumed and pathogens all over the body. Liyfbiotic also tastes great (maybe a little too much, once you start eating it it can be hard to stop!) and is the perfect probiotic for making cultured foods such as Lou's famous Almond Coconut Yogurt. Very happy with the supplement and the results I am getting from it. If you read this Lou (and I am sure you will!) I want you to know I am very grateful for the quality and affordable supplements you create as well as the education you offer. I hope I get to meet you one day and tell you how much my life has been improving thanks to your teachings and products.

Works as intended and you can mix it into yogurts, dressings etc. Great for whenever you need to repopulate your gut. So grateful these products are available!

This tastes a little like peanut butter - which I like. I add it to our family's drinks twice a day. Once diluted you do not notice a taste. I also make fermented coconut/almond yogurt with it. Puradyme has a recipe on their website for it. I woke up with inflamed gums and a scratch on my gum. I rubbed this into my gums and I do notice an improvement in swelling and pain.

It's been on my conscience for a while that I need to write a review for this. After seeing only a few reviews and one of them a bad one. This product has worked wonders for me, and I've tried every probiotic on the market! I have had serious gut issues for over 20 years. With undiagnosed celiac, gallbladder removed at 19 years, and SIBO. I've tried everything and my gut is FINALLY acting like it should! I don't have constipation, grumbling, or pain anymore. I did do a few other things along with this, such as take goldenseal for the SIBO, a parasite cleanse (wormwood), and I get colon hydrotherapy once a month. But I do believe this product is the most vital of all of those things. I used to struggle daily with gas and constipation. I now feel totally clean and have several bm's a day!

I bought this because I was so excited to make Lou’s almond coconut yogurt. Followed all instructions and 5 hours later, no cultured yogurt. What a waste of money. Very disappointed. I should have read the return policy before buying, you can’t return it. I guess that’s $50+ in the garbage.

I use this powdered probiotic when making homemade vegan cashew cheese and coconut yogurt. I find that it works the best and gives the most consistent results.

Love this stuff. Also give it to my son and he likes it. It is pleasant tasting, but powerful.
