I've been using one from the pharmacy that was more of a crusher you had to force pressure on. This one crushes more than one at a time. I put seven in and turn it down against them then just gently twist back and forth turning until it bottoms. Very fast and don't hurt your hand.

This product is so efficient. It crushes my meds without strain. It cuts my medication in perfect half without crushig it in the process. It is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it.

Cups to put inside are necessary! Some meds can’t be poured out over rim without a cup. Crusher part needs to be cleaned often else meds get crusted on inside too.
