Incredible device. It cuts vegetables effortlessly, like a hot knife through butter. I used it for onions and got perfect results in seconds without crying. The build quality is amazing, it feels like industrial equipment. Worth every penny.

This was a great purchase! We use this all the time, much easier that the manual chip cutters. My autistic teenager can easily make chips. It's very sturdy. It is quite a big item, but if you need it, it's very helpful!

Pros: Works really well, initially trying it without cutting anything the power underwhelmed me but when I put a potato in it cut it with ease like butter. Very solid and doesn't make much noise. Cons: It's absolutely huge, measure before you buy. I keep it in storage as it's too big for our small kitchen. Weirdly awkward to change blades or clean the way it suggests, taking nuts and bolts out to remove the blade is real silly, it's like it was an afterthought to sell this as a commercial product. Could really improve this in an upgrade. However saying that I do think it's overkill to clean the way it says and at the moment after using I turn it vertical and let it soak in warm water then clean with the provided brush and rinse. I have also tried cleaning with a handheld steam cleaner which works well, but it's an extra thing to bring out and the water takes time to warm up so not sure which method ill use long term. Both are better than messing around talking the blades out though. This might be a bit much for someone who just wants to cut a few potatoes a week. I was thinking of sending it back and getting a cheap one until they upgrade it so it's easier to clean but I am using it more than I thought and use it for vegetables too. I can't imagine you would get one that performs better than this commercially, so it the pros outweigh the cons I'd recommend it.

I wish I had got one of these years ago! Perfect cut French fries and regular chips in seconds. Reason for me buying this is that there is a diabetic and someone with a wheat allergy in the house. Almost all factory made chips are not edible for this house. Good machine if you want good clean vegetables cut into chips fast that are all the same shape and size for cooking. Positives: Cuts fast. Potato to chip in seconds. Very happy! Negatives: fiddly to remove the blades for changing the blade size or cleaning. The small washers are too easy to drop and loose. The butterfly nuts are better but even these I’ve dropped on the floor twice already. Blades are very sharp, careful not to cut fingers when cleaning. You need to get to know how your machine assembles, do not over tighten the retaining nuts if the metal guard plates are improperly installed. They could bend easy and cause the machine to get jammed.

I really like this chipper. The difference between this one and my previous manual one is not only that it’s a lot easier to use but the fact that I get more chips out of a potato. It’s a bit tricky to clean and it’s not as easy to store due to the size but definitely worth it.

Best veg chopper on the market!!! I have peripheral spondyloarthritis, an autoimmune disease that means I struggle to do physical things. This veg chopper has been a game-changer for me. It will even chop swede, which I think is the hardest vegetable around! Highly recommend it!

Absolutely love it, saves me so much time now I don't need to cut up chips, just peel potato's and put them through the chipper then rinse them, I'm 100% happy with it 😀 wish I had one yrs ago, well worth the money
