Easy to use, and seems to make the surface water tight.
Really pleased with this, but time will tell. I used a good quality cleaner and black spot remover and have sealed with this, using a sprayer. Easily did 2 coats on ~45sqm. It’s quite expensive, so expectations are high. I clearly makes the water bead like a waxed finish. No real change to the finish. Was easy to apply and needed no buffing despite it saying it might.

Breathable and 'natural' look
I shopped around for a good product that would seal and protect my tiles. This stuff is absorbed into the porous surface (I have two types of limestone) and really brings out the colour and texture. My tiles are grey limestone, and this product made them look stunning - not too dusty and not too dark...

Easy to use
We had our garden done and was recommended to use this to protect the tiles. So far so good 👍🏼

Excellent product
Took to Portugal and used on an old exposed stone wall. Brilliant results. Stopped the build up of stone dust at the base of the walls instantly. It remains to be seen how long it will last but another spraying I am sure will sort that out. Definitely recommend this product.

Slabs must be much more than surface dry,
Poor instructions have led to this staining in a corner of our brand new black limestone patio. The slabs have to be bone dry, baked in the sun in the heat of the summer dry otherwise this is what happens. It has stained all over where there were pockets in the stone that held little puddles. Angry that I had to find this out using Google after we had done it. Much better instructions needed. Beware, patch test all areas of your patio, may look fine on sunny part but take care on parts in the shade.please note we did seal the u derided of the tiles so this is not due to the concrete base .

Like water !!
The product looked like water and could be for all I can gather as there u s no label on it to say wats innit! I don't think it actually does anything! It's not sealed my floor at all. It's expensive too. Would NOT recommend.
