I bought citronella candles as insect repellent, especially flies which seem to come inside the house in the summer when I’m cooking. I tried many brands, and only this one seems to be working. I only need to use 1 candle in my kitchen to make them not coming in my kitchen when I’m cooking. Some other brand didn’t do anything, while others I’d need to lit 2-3 candles to make flies go away. I also love the amber glass container which gives natural and elegant look. I didn’t test the burning time as I only lit it when I need it, but it seems to last a long time. I like the smell too unlike other insect repellent which can smell overwhelming. It’s a good size, not too big or too small.

I don't usually buy candles at this prices but as they were for a special holiday trip I thought I would treat myself. And now I know why more expensive candles are worth their money. These have a sturdy wick that doesn't disappear into the wax. The candles burns evenly and cleanly, so no wax up the sides and smokey mess in the middle. And the smell is quite pleasant and keeps the bugs away. Very pleased with them.

Love love love! Take one of these on every holiday. Smells fantastic. Never seen a mozzy and never been bitten while they are lit.

I was a little surprised that not all of the packaging was environmentally friendly. However, the candles themselves and their jars are lovely. Most importantly, the citronella scent is excellent. It's strong enough and natural. I spent ages choosing from the huge number on sale and am delighted with my choice.

Fantastic value. Arrived very well packaged, in dark amber glass tubs - looking & feeling expensive. Take the lid off - gentle scent - but when lit.... lovely, not too overpowering scent filled the room - perfect. I have found that lighting the candle for just 2hrs will make the house smell fresh all day. . Very happy with purchase, but don't say the brand name 3 times in a row...

Super produit. Ce n'est pas de la cire !! Donc ça fond sous l'effet de la chaleur de la bougie 🕯 Puis froid, ça se reconstitue en solide !!! Réutilisable sans fin ! Avec un couvercle refermable, on peut les re ranger dans la boîte de transport, parfait ! Et ça sent bon le citron 🍋 Et finit les moustiques dans les environs !

Die Gläser kamen schnell und gut verpackt an. Wir haben sie jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal gekauft da der Duft toll ist und die Kerzen wirklich lange brennen. Hinzu kommt, dass sie meiner Meinung nach optisch auch wirklich schön sind.

Die Kerzen sind genau was ich gesucht habe. Sehen gut aus, schöne Flamme und halten Mücken nach einem Test beim Grillen im Freien erfolgreich fern. Würde ich definitiv wieder kaufen. Der Geruch ist auch angenehm, jedoch könnte er für empfindliche Nasen intensiv wirken. Das ist aber der Sinn, um Mücken fernzuhalten.
