This is a very simple holder , not a fancy one, but is just what you need
I love the fact that this company gives me all the possible support just because there was a missing piece from amazon packing. I receive 2 phone calls and emails from them because they really care about client's satisfaction. The holder is not a fancy one but is exactly what you need if you care more about the ham than something to display in your kitchen. Simple, efficient, not too expensive and you will receive a knife like an extra gift. I have my Jamon serrano ready for a wonderful party with my friends and all are very precious because I live in Hawaii where is difficult to get this type of ham.
