Used it on my 2020 RXT X 300 and was a life saver. The part that is on the tool that you can adjust that’s butts up against the supercharger for my model the tool worked better just taking that off and finding a scrap piece of wood that you can wedge between the supercharger and the tool. It took about all my strength but after 20 minutes I finally got the hat to move back and got the c clip out. The tool was bending but never broke. Quality tool and definitely worth the money

Makes a difficult job easy peasy
If you want to DIY replace the carbon seal on your Sea-Doo, you need this tool. If you enjoy cursing try replacing the carbon seal without this tool. But if you feel that cursing is overrated and would rather get the repair done quickly and efficiently this is the tool that you need.

Looks right but incorrectly assembled
Sooo, this knocknoff product looks decently copied, aside from the fact that it is assembled backwards. Even the picture of it has it in that incorrect state. To use it, take the small adjustable arm off of it by the fork pivot screw and flip it to the opposite side. Should work fine that way. It is sort of obvious that whoever puts this together and even sells it doesn’t have the faintest idea how it is actually supposed to work….

For Sea Do - this is a must have
If you're planning on doing carbon seal or just need to take drive shaft out, this is worth the $$ 100%. Whether you need to do a wear ring or whatever - this works ! Saves countless swear words and time. Can remove the retainer super quick and get back on the water

Makes the hardest part of installation the easiest
I bought this as I have two Seadoo GTXs and I needed to change out the wear rings. The hardest part of the process is pushing back the metal hat to remove or re-install the c clip. This tool is super easy to use, though like others have commented, the little post is installed backwards so I had to switch it. No big deal and I was expecting it due to reading other reviews. Tool is easy to use and provides enough force to push back the metal hat to get to the parts needed. It feels sturdy and I will likely use if for years to come. Simple design, easy to use; what's not to like about it?
