These are really delicious and I honestly had to stop myself at the recommended two a day, tasting really fruity (of berries).Although I took these everyday for a month, at two a day, I didn't really see much difference when it comes to my hair, skin and nails, but I did see an improvement when it came to my digestive system and gut health. I thought about continuing taking these because of this fact, it's a nice and easy way to get extra vitamins and goodness into me and simply because they tasted really nice.
