Did not have the tapered bottom as pictured I paid the extra money for it because the picture showed it had the tapered bottom. I DON'T LIKE THE STRAIGHT DOWN BOTTOM! YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A PICTURE THAT DOES NOT MATCH WHAT YOU ARE SELLING. THAT IS FALSE REPRESENTATION OF WHAT YOU ARE SELLING!

I would buy this again if I lost mine without even questioning - even at full price.It’s leak proof, really good insulation (sometimes too good so I have to make my drink cooler if I want it immediately).I’ve had no peeling (I don’t put it in a dishwasher - as it says clearly on the bottom not to). The un clipping in the mechanism in the lid is perfect for a proper wash.The only thing is I dropped it and there’s a slight ding on the plastic on the drinking spout- but I dropped it full, face down, in a pavement. It’s a tiny blip - I think it says more about the quality rather than anything else.It’s really great!

My partner bought me this mug for Christmas 2022 I’ve only used this mug a handful of times since then and because it is an expensive mug I make sure I clean it and use as instructed and because it’s from a highly regarded company I guess I expected more and not for it too break only weeks after I start using it.When I first got the mug I loved it it holds the temperature extremely well I like the automatic shut off and lock feature and was very impressed and happy with this product. Weeks later I went out for a coffee with my partner and used my mug as I’m drinking my coffee I noticed the shut off feature wasn’t working so I took the lid off reset lid and tipped it to see if it leaked and it didn’t so I thought everything was fine and working perfectly I then went to have a sip I pressed the button took a swig and didn’t think anymore of it I then went to have some more and my coffee went everywhere the auto seal had broken and wasn’t closing properly I ended up covered in very hot coffee and now a broken coffee mug I was obviously very upset by this and tried to speak to Amazon and contigo to try get a replacement mug or just lid and neither of them cared or were willing to help me despite it’s meant to have a lifetime warranty so I don’t recommend buying this mug or buying from Amazon as they are rude and don’t want to know as they don’t care

My husband got in july of this year we have had these now for 5 months and they do not keep hot drinks hot, filled mine up 3hrs ago for the first time with hot coffee and put lid on has a sip of my coffee and its now cold not very happy with these and they do not keep hot drinks hot worst purchase ever would not recommend them really disappointed in these travel mug especially as i have had other ones same brand before annoyed and angry that been sold a fake travel mug complete useless

I was looking to replace the flask I lost. I returned what was sent because the shape was was wrong, it didn't match the advertised image. It had no instructions or guarantee...The manufacturers have not changed the design, this was a copy. Perhaps it works ok but the genuine article works vey well. As you see it is still available if you hunt around. Refunded by Amazon not supplier.

This is the best of the range. I recently bought another of the range but this one is so much better. The button is easier to press and also there’s no dribble when you drink like my previous cup. I drop a lot of drinks so the fact it seals is marvellous.
