This is just the baking set so what ever your baking you’ll need your ingredient's. It does not come with food ingredients.

Is there a way to make this dairy free?

Yes. I use coconut cream (not coconut milk) and another plant milk such as almond at a 1:1 ration instead.

What ingredients do you need to make the ice cream and cones?

Heavy cream and sugar for the ice cream, basic waffle ingredients for the cones…egg, sugar, flour, milk, etc. the ice cream never actually turned out for my son. He cranked it for at least 45 minutes, and it was mush.
