Love this plane!…BUT
So I bought this for my son but it’s not really suitable for younger kids despite the age guide!.Firstly it’s very light and extremely sensitive to control inputs. Similar to a non powered chuck plane. In a light wind this can make keeping the plane under control / flying level and avoiding it going astray challenging!. It’s a whole lot of fun especially if you’re used to RC in general. But for younger kids / complete amateurs it could well equal a total loss of the plane. Wind tends to take the nose upwards and this can quickly lead to the plane ranging a long long way off requiring a quick dump of the throttle / a gentle coaxing / throttling back on / gliding it back round. So not exactly easy for kids!. Fortunately it’s still fun for spectators to watch. You need a big open field with little to no wind and as few trees as possible!. Ours ditched in a tree and I was lucky to be able to retrieve it.In conclusion it’s great fun!!!! Enjoy.

Gutted
So disappointed. Gave this to our son for his birthday yesterday. He took it out for the first time today and the controls were awful. It's very difficult to steer left and right and also there's no up or down...it blew away into a field never to be seen again. Absolutely gutted. Totally wasted £45 and our son is so upset to have lost his birthday present

Good plane.....Great customer service!
**Update: Hawk's Work reached out to me and replaced the plane for my son. The replacement flies really well and he is very happy with it. Excellent customer service!Bought this for my son for his 14th birthday. He has had a few cheaper RC planes before this one, so he knows how to fly reasonably well. First time he flew this, simply in a straight line, it barrel rolled and crashed, making it unusable. He possibly just got a bad one.

Great fun but parts don’t last long
We do really like this plane. It is lots of fun to fly and easy for my 8 year old son to fly and control it. It flies really well. But after only a week of having it, we’ve lost two propellers. They come off too easy. So we’re on our last one. Not sure if we can order spares. But I don’t feel we should need to after only a weeks use. So for that reason I gave less stars as it hasn’t lasted as long as I would have thought.

So much fun to fly.
The media could not be loaded. I had to write a long review, since I LOVED flying this aircraft so much. Firstly just wanted to say it is a real beauty to fly, once you get the hang of it, and it is not hard, once you are gentle with the throttle during flight. It is designed to pitch up with maximum throttle, so it can do loops. But this must be done away from the ground, to give it time to recover. So fly this at around 50ft of higher if you want to see this effect, like in my attached video. You can put a tiny bit of weight in the nose, to bring the Centre of Gravity forwards, if you don't want it pitching up all the time with max throttle. But personally, I left it alone. Just be careful flying this in windy conditions ! It is not meant for this and you will struggle to control this. On a calm day, it does climb quickly, so try not to lose sight of this as it climbs. Always check the legal restrictions for height, and do NOT fly it hundreds of feet in the air ! This F-22 has given me hours of fun. My advice is, try not to bring it down on any hard surfaces like concrete, as it can damage the foam. You can apply a thin coat of "Mod Podge" or epoxy to strengthen it further (if you wish), but it becomes slightly heavier and sluggish during flight. I have increased the weight to 75g and it still flies beautifully. I have to give this a HUGE THUMBS UP. Thoroughly recommend it.

Brilliant!
This turned out to be my 10yr olds favourite Christmas gift. Absolutely brilliant, straight forward for him to fly, has 2 batteries with about 20-25mins flying time each.Only thing to be mindful of is that you need a really calm day to fly as wind will take it away easily and a large open space, but otherwise I can’t fault it
