Q: are they easy to clean what do i use

Hi, they are fairly easy to clean with turpentine. Sometimes use mine , but I mostly use the acrylic one I purchased.

Q: How durable is the wooden paint pallette?

It’s ok . I like my acrylic one better

Q: Are they safe to use pyrography to put a name or design on to it?

I wouldn't use it for pyrography, the wood is rather thin for that.

Q: Is this good for serious artists? I have a friend that is very into art and oil painting. Would she like this?

It is a very think piece of basswood. Probably would be better for a serious artist, if it were thicker. I, personally, would not buy it for them.
