Advanced Fountain Pen 159 Black Bright with Silver Broad Nib

I never write reviews, but I had to for this one. For the money, this is hands down the best fountain pen you can buy. It’s heavy, the materials are fantastic, it writes like a $250 pen. It looks very much like a Mont Blanc. It’s an UNBELIEVABLY good deal. I don’t know how they can sell it for the price that they do. Would absolutely buy again!

First off, the pen comes with zero ink so that adds another $12 to the price of it. I've filled the converter with ink by using the nib and without, I take two ink drops off the pen but it still won't make the nib work at all. Plus, I tried to add an ink cartridge to the pen but it won't fit so I'm starting to believe the nib is the issue, i'll try to force the nib on paper and barely any ink comes out.

I found this to be well worth the price of the pen—a bargain, in fact! I’ve been collecting fountain pens for many decades. It has a nice weight, great style, class and a look of a more expensive pen. The nib is a pleasure and works well for me. Hopefully, you will enjoy it also! I hope that you will!

I bought the broad nib and love it. I'm a beginner, but I find it writes better than the so call starter fountain pens people suggest for newbies. This is a thick pen with some weight. The pen does not fit in my pen holders on my notebook covers that don't have elastic. The body is smooth and I like it has a quick twist to take the cap off.

This is a beautiful, very expensive looking and feeling pen. However, it does not have a broad nib. The nib is fine to extra fine. If you like a fine nib pen, I would highly recommend it but if you want a broad nib, it is not for you.

This pen is an absolute bargain. It's got great heft to it, so that if you have a heavy hand and write firmly as I do this is the pen for you. Broad tip is perfect so that the feel in hour hand is solid. Writes beautifully and the ink flow is perfect. Best fountain pen I have bought for the $ and I own lots of them. I use this one nearly exclusively now.

I’m not liking them pen to be honest. The nib is not broad like it says. I do not see anywhere a warning of no cartridge included or ink sample. I was able to figure out how to use a temporary ink in it and found the flow is not consistent at all. I even went to YouTube and looked at this exact pen for help. I was so excited to start my writing journey with a broad nib fountain pen, making it an easier on the wrist write and a prettier write. Maybe I’ll try a Gel Pen
