It does the job. You just need to know how to wrap your elbow.
I've been using this product for over a year for the last set of my bench. I would say it can add 2-3 reps to your bench. I use it on my last set cause I know I may lose a rep or two and would like to use this to get a few extra reps in for added stimuli. I would not use this all the time while benching. It really would be cheating in that case.It's not the most durable. Despite the fact that I've used it for just once a week for only one time a week, the elastic has gotten wripped. It's still effective, but not as effective. Keep this in mind.You can really feel it give you a boost when the bar is on your chest.

Slightly thicker straps.
A slightly thinner material may probably wrap around better and not slip.The velcro stickers are good.

This is the worst product. Not recommend.
This strap is useless. The brand did not even put the initiative to think and build their product. It has loose threads after a single use these come off more. The arm hole is too narrow to fit even 13-14 inch forearm. Not at all recommended

Grip will loose when you start doing excercise and after 10days its grip steching will get loose
Steching gets looser after using 10 days

Please check length before buying
Didn't like it as the length is too short even for a lean built person like me.My biceps measures somewhere around 14-15 and this can't fit at all.Not a smart purchse.
