Dear customer, we have 2 types, one has second hand, the other does not have. Wish you love it. Thanks.

Q: Is there a way to calibrate the temperature? Mine is showing 9 degrees cooler than it is.

Not that I could find. It's not all that great of a clock. I've had several problems with mine where I had to take it apart to no avail.

Q: How to i return clock still under warranty? i bought at christmas and did not get out of box until now and it doesn't work. i am past amazon return

Write the manufacture and explain the situation. I did that and they sent me a new mechanism. That didn't work, and they sent me a new clock. Be patient and persistent... It's a real pretty clock and worth the aggravation to get one that is working right. Be persistent. Be persistent. Be persistent.
