Disney Lilo & Stitch - Stitch Jumbo Foil Balloon

Brought the balloon to Party City to inflate for my daughters birthday party. Shortly after they filled it with helium it began to leak and the foil ripped apart along the neck area. Nothing could be done to repair it. My 9 year old was very sad on her birthday.

Seems like only some stores with helium could inflate it.

Balloon had a leak and could not be patched in order to keep helium. Very disappointed.
