Fabulous hot or cold and my stress is gone!
There is something really amazing about this tea. I have a super stressful job and this stuff melts all my stress away. The tension in my back and upper shoulders is gone by the time I finish my first cup. I usually add in more water to the same sachet and just keep drinking. I find I can do this about 2-3x before the water is clear. This is my go to almost every night of the week. Notice how I say "night"- don't drink this during the day unless you want to zen out. I like their Orchid fusion for this reason too but I can drink that during the day
