An absolute dream. Looks super, works perfectly, very easy to control with the two bar ends, one to fix temp., the other the delivery of water. Gives a wonderful shower, and unlike our previous one, doesn't seem to be too badly affected by my wife putting the washing machine on in the middle of my shower. Also, the little shower head isn't just for rinsing your hair. You can have a more than decent shower with it alone if you're looking to save water or there isn't much left in the tank. I was a little put off by the previous reviewer, but went ahead anyway, and I have no regrets. I think it's a good idea to make sure your water pressure falls within the Grohe limits of 0.5 to 5 bar, and for that you would normally need either a combi boiler, or like us, a megaflow tank system. Also, we got ours professionally installed. I have tackled projects more complex than this in the past, but watching the plumber, this looked tricky. It took him 2 1/2 hours. It would have taken me that many days. I can't vouch yet for its reliability, and if it does go wrong I'll be back knocking stars off, but for now, it was worth every penny.

Excellent value for this Grohe 210 Rain Shower set. It is not the newest set Grohe as design is at least five/six years old but German engineering is really worth it at the price currently offered of CAD $ 499.99 incl. shipping and taxes.To compare, such a set would cost approx. EUR 800.00 or CAD 1,200.00 if purchased in Europe.Product came from New Jersey. Box was packed with our outer box for protection. Installation was not difficult. Just make sure your hot and cold pipes are nearly flush with tiles. Ours weren't as the plumber messed up so we had to find nipple extension to get where we could connect the shower set property.The shower set is very well designed and looks awesome! Highly recommended.

We are loving this Grohe rain shower system. Consistent water temperature, great pressure, looks very modern in our new shower! We did have delays with the install, as a very thin wrench was needed to connect the thermostat to the plumbing. But luckily I was able to order this from Amazon and complete the install. Would definitely recommend this product!
