Best idea ever !
The media could not be loaded. I use these turntables for every dessert station I Do at work. The turntables can handle heavier items without a problem can be plugged in or battery operated, so they are very easy to position.

Great for the price
I use this at trade shows and runs all day with an external battery pack. I wish I got the 12” version. The felt on the base gets dirty quick and is difficult to clean. It does however come with different colored tops which are 1/8th too big but whatever.

Works well with a couple easy upgrades
The media could not be loaded. Works well so far. I took one of the colored discs and covered it in wood grain contact paper to dress it up a bit and I cut a circle of non skid kitchen shelf liner to keep the disc from sliding around when I'm placing items (just a couple easy things to make using the turntable a little nicer)I wish that there was a power switch on the cord for more convenient access - the unit itself is really light and easy to move out of position when turning it on/off. I ended up just unplugging/plugging it in instead of messing up my setup by trying to use the actual switch.I'm getting a usb extension cable with power switch which solves this particular issue so overall I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

Great turntable for video!
The media could not be loaded. This turntable is exactly what I was looking for to slowly rotate my products for video! It comes with different color bases and goes in either direction. The description said “mirrored”, but it was not mirrored. But that’s ok.

Does not stand the test of time
I've only owned this for a few months, but the micro USB power port is already failing. I have to keep the cable weighted down for it to work. I have not tried a battery as I own nothing else that uses a d cell and have non in the house. I'd of been happier if it took several AA batteries as those are more common and I've several rechargeable ones. The colored plastic pieces that you place on top, also warp easily. I haven't even bent or stored them in any way other than completely flat. I'm sadly disappointed in this.
