Easy and functional
I got this for my 88 year old step-dad. He complained the last raised toilet seat was not easy to lift up the lid to go #1. I found this and turned out to be a blessing for him. It's taller than the last one he had, easier to clean and doesn't shift while sitting and getting up. He's getting his first knee replacement (today) and will need all the help he can get when he gets out of the hospital. It's well made and easy to install even in an apartment complex where the toilets are really generic. I would recommend this to anyone.

toilet seat riser
The riser will serve my need but it doesn't fit very good with my toilet seat cover. This results in not a very tight fit. That's the problem of ordering things online.

Installs using existing toilet seat holes.
Just barely fits the 14”x15” koehler standard toilet…but it does fit. Will have to check it weekly to ensure it stays tight. Sturdy now.

It will lift you up in the saddle
This toilet seat lift does raise you up. The hole is smaller than my bowl, so it doesn't fit me as well as I would like. It does have a joint in it so it can be lifted but cleaning is more frequent. I don't want to ge too graphic but it is now an addition 3.5 inches to the water level. Think about the splash factor. I'm just saying. Life is full of tradeoffs.
