Love these. Are fantastic for ice cream floats. they are so cold that it will make a slush out of your soft drink. Don't need to add ice into your drink.

I am very disappointed in this mug set. The description offered was just not true!! These things sweat like crazy, even indoors with the AC running. They leave not just a wet ring but a PUDDLE underneath them. I have other double-walled products, and the insulation and lack of condensation are what I expect.... These will be going back. I've added a picture of my soggy mug... It just showered me with water droplets as I took a drink. And, believe me, it gets worse from here. A couple of other comments: they work... My soda is VERY cold, without the problem of melting ice watering it down. They are very clunky, and wouldn't come close to fitting in a car's cup holder. They would benefit from a lid with a hole for a straw. OH MY! The manufacturer will be sorry that I didn't just finish with this negative review and avoid any more trouble.... BUT.... Since one of the mugs had a hairline crack from the top to the bottom of the "icy" part, I took out the one mug still unopened, just to check for another crack. And, I promise you.... Without ever being frozen and without the weight of a drink in it, the mug just fell off of the handle I was holding as I held the thing up under the light to check for flaws... A picture of THAT will now also be attached! AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Had to lower my rating as these are horribly made. I've only had them 6 months and they're frustrating when they break.The handles break off, and the gel leaks out of the bottom. I've ordered 3 sets, one I returned due to leaking gel. I've had 4 handles break off. And one so far that developed a gel leak (different than the ones I returned for leaking).Original review:These things are great! Bought them to replace a really old set that was filled with liquid. The gel in these is a better design. The cold stays even up at the top of the glass. Beware that anything you put in there could become slushy due to the great thermal transference.We love them so much that this is our second set. We can't stand to be without one in case the others are dirty. Now we always have at least a couple frozen and ready to go.

I just recvd my order.A little disappointed due to the colors weren't what was described.I recvd a yellow mug instead of the orange. Reason being the color was supposed to be a gift.:( Haven't tried it out as of yet but;I'm hoping it goes well.

Not too sure how long these will last. The plastic is the hard type that tends to be somewhat brittle and crack. I'm giving a couple as xmas gifts. They look nice and colorful, I just don't think they'll take very many bumps without chipping or cracking. For the price,they're nice mugs. Time will tell.

This arrived cracked and were returned. However, they seemed pretty well made.

I would have given these mugs 5 stars except for one important feature. When I purchased these, many of the reviews stated that the handles break off. Unfortunately, I have found this to be true. On the positive side, they keep drinks cold longer than any others I have tried. I like them so much that I did use super glue to reinforce the handles where they meet the mug. But, the breaks are not always at the handle. Just put some masking tape around the newest crack in a handle. Don't have much hope for this solution though.

These are so durable and stay chilled for hours, we are moving and we take one with us thru out the day the beverage is gone while the cup is still frosty
