HoneywellT10 Pro Smart Thermostat with RedLINK (Builder Model) (THX321WF2003W)

This is one of the few thermostats that can control humidity inside your home if your AC system has that capability. It is not just a readout telling the humidity levels inside/outside. My system has humidity control. I needed a new thermostat that would have the same capability. My AC tech recommended this thermostat as he has the same one in his home. He installed it, and installation was fast and easy! It works and has a phone app that you can remotely use to change temperatures, set a schedule, or change humidity levels. This thermostat is energy star compliant, and a rebate was available through my power company. Very Happy!

So the last four of the serial number is the pro sign in, don't let that stop your purchase. Prior to buying my second one due to a surge that took out this and other electronics I called several pros to find out what the code meant that caused the previous unit from working... no help. One call to the support line and they walked me through individual t stat wire trouble shooting with an ohm meter and we determined the unit was bad. Had i still had the receipt they would have warrantied the bad unit but in any case I decided not to change to a different stat... customer service is everything and you will find it with Honeywell.

Great device. I wish each of the remote modules AND the main thermostat could be dialed in +/- 3°

This is a great addition to a smart home setup. I am able to adjust the thermostat through the Google Home app easily.

Purchased two of these based on the recommendation of our maintenance guy. The only problem is it did not work. It blew hot air when we wanted cold !! and could not figure it out. I know - you're going to say that we wired it wrong. It's a pretty simple wiring guide - just match up the colors - pretty hard to screw that up. (Especially when it was professionally installed.)

If you have an existing Honeywell thermostat, it’s recommended to replace it with this and some new homes being built today in the US some of the Google smart thermostats or ecobee thermostats do not have the correct voltage so pay attention to that and you’ll be fine. This does everything that the smart thermostats do.
