Is this in bag form or loose tea?

This is a loose leaf tea. I recommend getting the suggested item that amazon pairs with it to hold the tea in the water. If not you can just use a coffee filter to seep in the water.

Might sound silly but can men use this tea ?

Not a silly question at all. My husband has been using it and it works for him. Give it a try we wont tell anyone!!

How many teaspoons? The bag says one heaping but I see people on here sayin three teaspoons or one tablespoon

If you are new to teas, particularly this type of tea, we recommend you to steep smaller amount of the loose leaf tea (preferably 2 teaspoons/ cup) in a short period of time (preferably 3 minutes). If the previous suggestions does not work for your system, we recommend that you increase the potency by adding more tea leaves (3 teaspoon or one tablespoon) in each cup and/or prolonging the steeping time.
