Dog loves these
4/2018 update: What's up with the significant price hike and discontinuation of the the Subscribe and Save program? Have been ordering these for 2+ years but will now start trying Nudges due to the price and subscription changes on Amazon. These used to be $9 and are now $18!Update: bumped review down a star. I purchase these in bulk, and the most recent order all packages were dry and somewhat stale. The steak treats were bricks. They are usually softer and somewhat moist. Dog still enjoyed them, but I'm glad to see other reviewers noticed this as well.My dog loves these. From what I understand, they are all natural and do not include any questionable ingredients. I'm using these to phase out milkbones. These are sometimes overpriced on Amazon, so I only buy when they are $10 or less on Amazon or elsewhere.

My dog absolutely loves these. He is a 16 month-old dominant retriever mix who turns into a submissive puppy when we wave these under his nose. Come on command? No problem. Go crate? No problem. Refrain from chasing a duck, butterfly, or leaf - well, that's a work in progress. These work well tucked into a pocket on walks, with small bits torn off to reward him when he automatically sits when we stop, heels appropriately, or waits when we scoop his poop. Now we just have to train ourselves to always have it on hand when visitors come so he will remember not to jump. The bright purple water gun helps curb that tendency to some extent, but alas, sometimes we've sprayed the visitor as well as the pup.

I'm speaking for my dog of course. There's a history. Costco stopped carrying the "Top Chews" brand and so we tried some others and were surprised to see that our Italian Greyhound refused to eat anything but the Top Chews. Finally we tried "True Chews" found here on Amazon. Our dog LOVES them. But I have to say, the actual product looks the same in both bags. I haven't researched it, but it's possible "Top" and "True" are made by the same company? As I say, it's up to the dog...not my call. Bottom Line: Our dog loves these!

My dogs LOVE these. What I do not understand is why a few weeks after I purchased them, the price went UP by almost 50%. From $10.50 to $15.00. What's up with THAT. I found another brand called NUDGES that are a little cheaper and the love them just as much.

True Chews Premium Grillers Dog Treats.
My Daschund loves these treats and is never satisfied with just one piece. He gulps it and looks at me for the second helping. Good quality product. Please follow directions on the package as to how many you should give per day.

Old and Dry is what you can expect.
We always buy this brand and know what it is supposed to be. All three packages we received, the treats were OLD and DRY. VERY disappointed at how poor the quality was compared to a new package.

These dog treats were stale. Ended up throwing them away. Both of my dogs had trouble chewing them. The pet store charges a little more, but they are soft and fresh.
