There is always need to take Vit.D with Vit.K, this is great product. Only flaw is that wish it could have been 10,000 IU because we already have Vit.D deficit, which we do not know of it. Vit.K helps to put calcium from arteries to our bones, which prevents heart stroke and strengthen bones. It is advisory that Vit.D shouldn’t be taken without Vit.K.

The product is quiet good and does the work it claims. If you are looking for a supplement which can increase the absorption of calcium supplement do try this one out.
