Yes. It is a very good brightness. I use for a small garden. If the space is large you need a bigger lamp

Is the timer is set, will it automatically come on the following days?

Firstly turn on the lamp and set the desired colour you want it to be. You When you've pressed the timer button for the required number of times, you need to press the 'ON' button.
