Settled on one of these out of the many out there, not as quiet as we’d hoped for using at night, but does the job adequately

Had cool air.....not cold air for about 10 mins. Had to but filter back in the fridge

Compact, easy to use, set and refill chiller/fan, it does produce a fair stream of cool air over a reasonable distance, enough to be able to sleep at night in an otherwise hot bedroom.Noise is manageable at maximum fan output, lower settings are quieter.

I'm a day sleeper and needed something beside the bed that could cool off my torso area quickly. This little gizmo does the trick. Yes, it's loud on the high setting, but so is my bratty neighbor joyriding around on his dirt bike on summer break, so I sleep with earplugs anyway. I only use distilled water, as was the recommendation. It makes sense as I have heavy water and using the alternative will extend the life of the filter. Glad I didn't buy it on the website of the commercial. I saved over $40 going the Amazon route. It won't cool down a room, but it does the trick in close quarters. Highly recommend. Thank you!

Okay , this will not cool a room of any size except maybe a closet, however if you are in a hot room and need something better then a fan that actually blows cold air then this is for you. I work in a HOT office and I put this next to me on my desk and it feels like an air conditioner. I turn it on low/medium and get a nice cold, not warm air , breeze. To really get cold air from it you need to make sure you run the cooling tray vents under cold water , freezing them only lasts a little while. Put ICE CUBES in the water reserve and then add water. I swear it is cold air that will blow out of this thing and keep your personal space cool. I have bought 4 of these for my family .

Ich habe mir den Arctic Air gekauft, da ich sehr unter der Hitze im Sommer in einer Dachgeschosswohnung leide.Ich bin positiv begeistert. Das Gerät kühlt tatsächlich etwas. Natürlich kann man das Gerät nicht ansatzweise mit einem mobilen Klimagerät mit Abluft vergleichen. Dennoch für mich ein tolles Gerät. ich hab es auf dem Nachttisch stehen. Ist leider etwas lauter würd ich sagen, aber ich bin da nicht so empfindlich. Durch die 3 Stufen kann man einstellen wie stark das Gebläse ist.Ich bereue den Kauf nicht und schon gar nicht mit Blick auf den Preis. Ich werde noch einen bestellen. Bin überzeugt!

Not pure chill.. but it's ultra.. yet okay! The product does its job! Amazing mist; can even be seen with naked eyes! Enough for one person. I don't think pure chill has any other additional advantage rather than just uv light. Recommended for short distance and one person.
