A comprehensive and beautiful guide to the birds of Costa Rica.
Bought as gift for friends planning a”Birders” trip to Costa Rica. They were delighted and used the book extensively during their trip.

Sehr nützlich, ein guter Reisebegleiter
Für eine Reise quer durch Costa Rica wurde dieses Buch angeschafft. Es hat sich bewährt, da es so viele wunderschöne Vögel in diesem Land gibt und wir uns immer wieder neugierig fragten, welchen Vogel wir da gerade sehen. Gute Beschreibungen und schöne Fotos. Leider gibt es das Buch nur in englischer Sprache, die man schon einigermaßen beherrschen muss, um alle Informationen zu verstehen.

Excellent book. A Convenient size for taking on holiday. Loads of information, good illustrations and not too bulky.

Nice book, but no cotingas?, also Amazon stop censoring books because the government tells you too.
Not inclusive enough, but decent.
