I've been using Theragran 50 for many years. I actually started when it was just Theragran-M, but now they call it Theragran 50. It is easy to swallow, and I take one a day. Does not bother me, or give me any kind of upset stomach. This is not easy to find in the stores, and when I can, I buy it. But the last few times, I bought it this way, and happy Amazon has it.

Excellent choice for anyone over fifty, especially if you are on a statin. It has Coenzyme Q in it as well as all other important nutrients. Hard to come by in Walgreens, so I'm glad I could find this at Amazon.

My doctor recommended this item after I had my gallbladder surgery. I assume that based on my age and blood work I have some deficiencies that could be resolved by taking this supplement. So far so good. I do seem to have more energy so I assume it is working.

I’ve been taking this Vitamin for almost fifty years. Worn down, someone suggested this. Now I’m really old but always start my day with this. Hard to find sometimes but it’s worth the effort.

I think this product is better than other "senior" multivitamins. A pharmacist recommended Theragran many years ago. I took them and then got derailed onto another brand before lately resuming taking them -- and, seriously, I notice a big difference overall in how I feel!
