That might seem like a weak title to a review but, in my view, it's actually a high compliment. Over many years, my wife and I have tried all kinds of multi-vitamins in all price ranges and have often found them hard to swallow to the point we didn't like taking them or, just as often, we found ourselves burping the "vitamin taste" later in the day. Anther thing we found annoying was the idea of a gender-specific vitamin when all we really wanted was a good "basic" multi-vitamin for ALL HUMANS!Well, I am happy to report that we are almost finished with our first bottle of these and we will be buying another. I like the expansive ingredient list that covers all the bases; I like the idea that they work for both my wife and me without "gender specific" considerations; I like the experience we've both had that we DO NOT BURP these multi-vitamins at all.Overall, these are a perfect "peace-of-mind" vitamin that has some natural ingredients in it along with covering all the normal bases quite thoroughly. We will be buying this one into the foreseeable future since we've finally found a reasonably-price multi that works so well for us.

Health in a capsule! This well-rounded multi has given my body the upper hand! Since beginning this regiment I have noticed an improvement in my immunity, digestion and energy. I also love that it is a complete vitamin and mineral capsule so I don't need to worry about taking anything else (or paying for anything else)! The awesome benefit of the digestive enzymes, mulititude of antioxidents and spirulina push Special Two to the top of the multivitamin industry. Suggested serving size is four capsules a day... I followed that for two weeks then reduced to two a day. I eat a fairly healthy diet so i think this is sufficient. When pollen counts are high or just before returning to school I take the four a day for a week or so to really amp up my immune system... I haven't gotten even the inkling of a common virus since starting this! I have converted most of my friends and family from their store brand/brand name multis and they all love it too! We give it to the kids as well (usually just two a day) but younger children might not be able to get it down. Actually, that may be the only thing I don't like about this pill... they are pretty big. So if you have a hard time taking pills it might not be easy but I think it is worth trying for becUe you won't find a better multivitamin out there.

Can’t really say I notice a huge difference when taking these, but my mom recommended that I take them, so I do. It holds a lot and it’s easy to open and store. Buuuuut… they is yucky. LOL!

This is by far better than the over the counter multi's that you see in most stores, and this has a lot more stuff in it, I will continue to buy. I cannot say I have seen a rise in energy levels like some other reviewers, but we are all different in that aspect. I feel that I am getting a good value for the money and getting the right nutrients into my blood using this, of course I recommend eating your veggies along with this!

First, the sellers descriptoin does not always specificy this but be aware that the Special two Veggie caps actually require 4 capsules a day. so when compariing pill count for the cost, keep that in mind.My energy level, and concentration ability improved immediately after I started taking these. Even thought they are packed with plant based nutrient sources I get no funny taste, or burp from these wich is a pleasant surprise.I think they do occasionally lead to "hear burn" but I cant be sure it's attributed to them. So it's important to take them with food.Because of the occasional sensitivities these cause with my stomach they loose one start for me but based on the complete nutrient profile, and helath benefits they provide, I will continue to buy these.
