It was a good read
It was a good introduction but focused more on the history of profiling instead of practices and examples of usage.

I judged a book by its cover. The first 50% of the book is about the history and evolution of tying psychology to profiling. Another 25% of the book centers on forensics as opposed to what the forensic results tell about the criminal. BUT an excellently written and well researched book - good read if you have no specific expectations. The bibliography did not lend any more leads to the information I desired. Watch the first season of Criminal Minds or a couple of seasons of Bones and you get more connection between the evidence and the criminal.
