Rubbish
Used around four times before it became blunt and now is in the useless knives drawer

Snapped whilst chopping garlic
Not even had this a month and it snapped whilst chopping garlic. It could have resulted in a terrible accident but luckily I flinched backwards and moved my hands. An all around terrifying experience. You're better off buying a more sturdy and expensive brand.

Sharpest blade I have ever seen.
The edge on this is unbelievable. Perhaps too sharp for the inexperienced. Never let a child use it. Even the briefest, faintest whisper of a toutch is another cut finger.I have large hands and find the handle too small. Perhaps it's better for a lady. Because the handle is so narrow and short my hand works its way forward until I make contact with the heel of the blade and the corner is part of the sharp edge, et voila! yet another cut. I'll have to blunt the corner with a wetstone.I like to keep my food preperation knives razor sharp but I never immagined an edge like this was possible.

Cheap but well made
Cheap knife which needs sharpening regularly. Can't really complain for the price though as it feels sturdy like it will last well.

Good craftsmanship
I can buy all of the knives in the world. I love trying different knives in the kitchen. I was looking for a long and sharp one with good price. The value for money is unbeatable. It is a loong knife so be careful. It is a bit thicker than I would expect. It cuts good. It is not super sharp but I would say much better than mediocre knives. The craftsmanship is impressive. Happy to support a local business.

Very average knife
Not dishwasher safe. Only put in dishwasher once and on taking it out found rust along cutting edge. Do only hand wash and dry. Cutting edge dulled withing a week luckily I have a good sharpener. Quite expensive for a very average knife.

It broke when dropped on the floor! The blade snapped in half!
I was obviously disappointed when by simply dropping this knife on a wooden floor the blade snapped in half. Up until then it had been working fine, but as it lacks the necessary durability for the odd kitchen mishap it's not of much use I think.
