Well,I was told to use a naturally derived vitamin C to help lower my highCopper levels.. had also ordered Rosehip tincture BUT unfortunately its a histamineLiberator So reacted badly to it ,so switched to this Instead..Very happy I did! Feel like it is helping to lower my histamine levelsSo I can recover from my histamine probs and lower my copper at the same time!Its a win win!

I had been taking Dr. Best Camu Camu but have now discovered that they spray dry theirs which means a chemical is applied to speed up dehydration. This one is pure as all Hawaii Pharm herbal products are know for. Camu camu is natural vit c and is way better for you than synthetic vit C which most C's are made of.I have made this a daily supplement. No gastric distress and it must be non acidic since it doesn't irritate my bladder either I prefer this natural Vitamin C over Amla
