I had a rivet pop out on my dog's buggy recently, and some of the rivets on the framing of my garage door had disappeared over some years (buggy being the urgent issue!). I doubt I will use this little gun that often, I have survived up to now without one, but it did a cracking job on the garage door as practice. Buggy took two goes to get right, but that was the awkward angle of attack rather than the gun's fault. It probably wouldn't be up to heavy duty, continuous use - it is pretty cheap after all, cheap enough to leave in the tool box for years - but for occasional emergency repairs, it is perfect and comes with an adequate supply of rivets in sundry sizes to get you started. I have only used the shanks of the drill bits for sizing, but they seem pretty sharp and are a nice bonus. No issues ejecting the spent pins either.

Worked as expected and came with a good collection of different size rivits and have used and fix what I need to brought some clear containers for all the sizes that came with it great great but excellent value and seems very robust very happy with item and more than happy with the packets of rivits thanks Ian

A handy tool to add to your DIY kit. As an aircraft engineer I'd been trained on using fancy air powered rivet guns. As a retired DIY-er I occasionally need to fix pieces of metel together. This was purchased to fix some brackets to the front of our static caravan to hold a sail canopy / shade cover in place. It's a simple process of finding the right collet diameter for the rivet you're using. Then place the rivet in the hand gun, slide the rivet into the hole and start squeezing the handles together. Now, I am getting older but the pressure required to squeeze the handles together is quite large, hence the missing 5th star in my review. The kit comes in a nice box to hold everything, with a handy selection of collets and rivets to get you started on most jobs. The build quality of the gun is excellent, and amazing value for money considering the amount of items you get in this starter kit.

Everything you need to complete the job including drill bits appropriately sized for the rivets. Good price, sturdy equipment. Recommend this rivet gun.

Ok for limited use. Not as robust as I was hoping. Extracting the stalk is a pain. I only needed it for 3 rivets as my old gun had gone awol.

Easy to use, it doesn't require too much effort to use it. The material use in this item is solid. I wonder if the paint and the rubber handles will last. But for now, this is a good budget tool for me, especially when I don't have to use it often.

Bought this for installing side skirts on my Camaro. I had to install 34 rivets. The gin jammed up only once and may have been my fault It came with lots of rivets and different size tips for different sized rivets. Would buy again as it did the job without much fuss. I saw videos of others with a different gun and it jammed up a ton on them. So I bought this one and it worked really good. Would buy again and would recommend it. Can’t say anything bad about it. Price was great and was good quality.
