Great quality book in both materials & construction as well as well written instruction. High quality color photos throughout. The history included was a welcome addition. Delivered on time as promised.

As per most rushed rule sets from Warlord Games, the Victory at Sea rule book is rife with half baked rules and playable and appropriately costed ships and aircraft. I'll be scuttling VaS in favor of Naval Thunder.
