Kids loved it. Must have the app
This is a great item but to get any real use out of it, you have to download the app. If you don't intend to use the app, then this is simply a very over priced Lego set. Kids can make music videos with this set and then post them in the app. The app is very safe to use and every thing that is posted is reviewed by a real human being. That is why this set cost so much.If you're not able to get the app to work, then you are doing something wrong. We've bought almost every set in this line and all problems have been user error. If you're unable to scan the figure, then make sure you have selected the correct figure to scan. I have very young children that have been able to make the scan feature work, so there is an extremely wide error of margin for scanning. You just have to make sure you've selected the correct figure to scan.
