My first Sunflower starting to open
These flowers ended up being about 7ft tall!! Wasn’t expecting that. There is one starting to open and it is red. 😊

Dud seeds Red Sunflower
We were really hoping these seeds would produce at least 1 single flower. Literally, nothing grew from the seeds. As a control, we grew yellow Sunflowers from bird seed, of all things. The cheap bird seed sunflowers grew. But not a single red one, and they are planted together!

90% of the tubor roots sprouted!
Very happy with the results so far. After 6 weeks, all sprouted tubors are between 10” - 23” tall. I hope to get blooms within a few more weeks.
