Like new condition!
First off, I was a little hesitant on buying after reading some of the reviews. But I ended up looking through all the sellers for the best price with the most positive reviews, instead of just clicking on Buy Now from a random seller with the lowest price, that had like 72-76 rating, which I’m sure the majority of people would do. I ended up getting mine from seller USA Macs, LLC who had 100% seller feedback within the last year or so, I also went through the recent reviews which made me pull the trigger on buying this MacBook Pro from him, the cheapest one was like $290 which I’m sure the majority of people buy from the Buy Now button, I only paid an extra $20-25 And I’m glad I did, my MacBook Pro came in really good condition. I noticed they had put a cover on the top and bottom panel(same color as the MacBook itself), which makes sense since this MacBook is literally almost 10 years old so it’s bound to have scratches and what not on the outside body. You literally can’t even tell it’s there. The inside of the MacBook doesn’t have any covering like the outside, yet it’s still in flawless condition including the keyboard, display and everything. Everything works as it should speakers, keyboard, trackpad, display etc. cycle count on the battery was at 70. Came with MacOS Catalina 10.15.17 and I had a security patch update once I setup everything and connected to WiFi. Overall considering the other reviews, I’m really glad I ended going with the seller I went with.

Dissatified
I haven't been able find out what the password is yet and I can't log on to my internet connection. This is all very frustrating. I have been using macbooks for over 10 yrs. I was lead to believe that the OS was 10.13 but I have found out it 10.10. And yes I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.

Older model. Wouldnt charge
Besides the fact that the model was fabricated and was abustle ODLER than my current macbook.... the computer wasn’t capable of charging.

Great Product
It’s a great computer good for business and school. Only problems I have is that the battery drains super fast it lasts about an a hour and thirty minutes. Then the computer starts to get hot a little but not that much to overheat. When the computer came I found hair in the charger cord and on the computer but, a little cleaning and it looks brand new. It didn’t have any dents only a few scratches. I suggest you buy this computer if your looking for a nice sized MacBook for a good price😁.

It gets hot
I have until July 31 to return this item - I have tried 3 times to reach out to the seller - only to receive a an instant reply with a promise to contact in 3 days. It’s been 2 weeks-The laptop gets hot and the fan makes load noise after 2 hours. I’d line to exchange it.

How hard is it to send the right charger
Computer looks great. Once on after borrowing a charger because the wrong one was shipped with it, it was saying in needed memory replaced. We ignored it and set it up. So far what my son has used it for has worked fine.
