This exercise roller for your abdominals is actually quite useful it depends on how you use it of course but I've seen many of these around and a lot of them are of poor quality and this one being partially one of it now the reason why I say this is because the actual material is not that great it does do a good job don't get me wrong but when you're actually putting pressure on the sides of the handles it feels like the metal is going to bend inside the middle but when you actually do take off the metal in the middle you've got to be careful because when I first took it off I found a few dents on the sides of the edges so unless it's like a fully strong metal pole that goes through both the wheels I wouldn't recommend getting one of these but they are absolutely perfect for actual abdominal workouts cause I've used them many times before I've always wanted one I thought get this one and give it a go but it wasn't up to my standards and it does do a good job though I just fear that in time it would actually deteriorate and it wouldn't take long for it to deteriorate compared to other products of the same type now I've used this tan I found it comfortable to use as well you've got many different exercises to use you can actually help with stretching as well and it doesn't look like a premium product neither does it feel like one but it probably does do the job of 1 so you've got to basically analyser and see for yourself but this is what I've come across so far the colours perfect nothing you can really mention another colour is just a abdominal so roller so it's both for males and females. overall it's an okay product I would only recommend it if you want a temporary use for the price I think it's just about worth it because these do go for quite a bit but initially I wouldn't recommend this one exactly.

This duel wheel roller is made with a metal spindle, foam handles and plastic wheels. The wheel do move about a bit from side to side but it’s fine while your using it as it’s quite stable. There are no bearings at all it’s literally just a plastic wheel on a metal bar so how long this will last I don’t know. But I’m 17 stone and it’s held up to my weight so far. Me and my lad have competitions to see who can reach the furthest with it (he often wins despite being 9!) It’s a great lightweight exercise device to add into your daily routines. You can really feel it on your core the next day and makes you want to do better the next time and add more reps.If your after one of these and you see it at the right price then I’d have to say this gets the job done although not the best quality.

This comes flat packed as it were and whilst it should be easy to put together ours was incredible stiff - we had to apply significant pressure to push on the handle. Not sure if ours was particularly stiff but someone with hand mobility issues might struggle.Once assembled it’s ready to rock and roll.No instructions at all so we are not sure if there are different routines or positions we can or should be using to work different abdominal muscles.The unit is easy to use and suitable for different strength levels, sizes and conditioning.With simple instructions we would likely rate this 4 stars.

Love this dual wheel abdominal exerciser. Very simple to put together and there is no setting anything up. I try hard and can really feel my abdominal muscles pull when using it. My husband and son are sure they will get a 6 pack but I am doing it on my own too often for that

This abdominal roller is set up and ready to use in no time at all, it’s simple set up makes it a really good gift choice also.The wheel is made of a hard, durable plastic and the handle feels thick and sturdy, this will hold up nicely over long term use but I will update in the future on its durability.Using it felt effective and I could feel my abs getting a workout.Overall it works great and it is made well, recommended.

Delivered in a white branded boxThis Ab wheel comes in four pieces , two wheels and two handles . Putting it together is simple . The wheels click together and the handles click into the wheels giving them a spoke to rotate on .The handles are strong enough to take all of my upper body weight on them . This is a fantastic ab Roller especially after the over indulgence of Christmas I'm happy to recommend
