Shamrock Thimble

I have large fingers and always had trouble finding the right size themble. The metal ones always hurt my finger and I could only use them a short period of time. I used a leather one and it didn't provide enough protection for my liking. I tried hard plastic ones and they both hurt my finger and after prolonged use the needle went through the plastic. This thimble is made out of silicone and fits my finger comfortably no pinching or hurting after long periods of hand quilting. Plus the metal top provides ultimate protection. This is a must have, in my opinion!

I liked the fit, snug where it needs to be without being too snug. Does it's job and fits and feels good.

I know that not all people who sew use a thimble but, for those of us who do, good control and fit mean a lot. And fit can become more complicated if you have fingers that change in size with time or travail. The flexible walls of this thimble adjust with your own changes and remain very comfortable. The metal tip is slightly ridged at the outside edge, which keeps the needle from sliding off the tip and the metal itself gives lots of protection when the project requires a lot of pressure. This is my favorite thimble after years of sewing with at least 20 other types. Well done, Clover!

Todo ok era lo que queria

I ordered this for hand quilting..which I have been doing for years without finding a thimble that is right for me. My search is still on. This thimble is comfortable and stays on my finger well but for me,personally, I don't like to use the top part of the thimble to push the needle.I was hoping the rim around the top would allow me to use more of a side push ( I use the underside of my fingernail when not wearing a thimble).The rubbery part is great for helping to grip the needle to pull it on through. The thimble seems to be well made.

I use them for quilting and they are wonderful, very comfortable.

I love these thimbles for hand quilting. I've bought 5 over the years. The flex makes them ideal for the rocking of sending a quilting needle through all three layers if a quilt. The only caution is they run small in my opinion. I do wear size large gloves, but the large thimble just barely fits my middle finger.

Really like these, soft on the fingers but get the job done. The only negative I have found is that the rim where the metal joins the plastic sometimes catches on the thread or material but other than that perfect!!!

Pour protéger mon doigt des piqûres d'aiguille. Mais déçu modèle beaucoup trop grand je vais devoir en commander un autre

Muy como donde usar se adapta perfectamente, está hecho con excelentes materiales que ofrecen una larga vida al dedal.
