ElecGear Internal Cooling Fan for PS4 Pro, PlayStation 4 Pro CUH-7xxx Replacement CPU Heatsink Cooler, Thermal Compound Paste and Repair Tool Screwdriver Kit

I purchase this with fear, one being that the product will be used or damaged and other me trying to change the fan by myself.But I will cut to the chase, I started watching a lot videos on how to change the fan, and clean the console, so when the fan arrives (which was faster than stated) I could be prepared.Let me tell you, it was really simple to do, yes, at some point I was scared specially when removing some cables since they look and feel so fragile. But I really recommend getting some tweezers for that preferably the round ones since there are some that feel sharp and that won't feel secure.So my recommendations will be, watch some videos (even the package has a card that recommends watching the iFixIt video), don't force anything, and as good as the Philips screwdriver is I recommend getting another, maybe a smaller screwdriver, I did most of the work with the one provided but that made me messed up some of the screws, which it ist that big of a dealt but is just a tip.And lastly, I was used to my loud fan and by loud I really mean it it was LOUD, so when I finished I didn't hear anything and I got worried that maybe I didn't install it correctly so I open just the part of the fan and turned on, and saw that the fan was spinning, it was just that I was so used to the loud jet sound that made me paranoid, and still when I was playing and didn't hear anything I got more paranoid, but I guess this means that the fan is really good and you can forget about the loud noise. Also the termal paste just put a "pea" I send mine to put some thermal and notice that they made a mess and probably that was making my PS4 overheat even more since the paste was all over the place except the processor.10/10 product the difference is amazing so far, I hope it stays that way.

The original fan in my PS4 was awefully loud for a couple years. Last week, it finally gave out. This caused the console to overheat & shutdown shortly after boot-ups.I purchased this kit, because of it's stellar reviews, but also because it includes thermal paste. I have NEVER tore apart a PS4 before, so I was anxious to dig in. Luckily, there are many tutorials available. It took me about 5 hours, but I thoroughly cleaned the console inside & out while working on it.I was upset the fan didn't include pads. I had to remove & reuse the old ones. Also, the wire harness had to be rearranged. Other than that, everything went really well! The PS4 has been operating perfectly since the install. The fan is almost completely silent & the paste seems to be efficient for heatsink.Overall, very satisfied! I would buy the kit again!!!

youtubeを見ながら四苦八苦しながらと時間はかかりましたが、無事に取り付け完了しました。動作音は静かになり、何より、修理にだすより、その日の内に部品代だけで、終わったので、とても満足です。
