It worked GREAT for about 10 months
It worked GREAT for about 10 months. Then all of a sudden in the course of about two days I had to start wiggling the USB cord to get it to charge, and then the USB port I was using got pushed too far into the battery and then when I tried the 2nd port (which I usually don't use because it didn't always recognize the USB cable) it got pushed in too! So now it's completely useless. Unfortunately I don't see any way to contact the seller about this and I threw away the boxes and instructions on it so I can't return it even if it's still under warranty ( I don't remember if it had one). It did work great up until it broke for seemingly no reason though. I bought an extra USB cable so I didn't have to keep plugging and unplugging so I know it wasn't pushed in from excessive use.

charged for no charge
I bought this as a gift my girl who was going on a trip. When I received it I plugged it in and charged it Intel it indicated a full charge and then gave it to her. She did not try to use it until she was well on her journey only to find that it did not work. Now she is back and I have it with no box to even try to return it in. Very disappointed. 1 star because at least I got here on time.

Worked great, until 5 days later
Received the item about five days ago. It charged my phone and bluetooth headphones at the same time super fast. Today it's taking forever to charge my phone. At first this was a great item. But now, it's sucking.

This product came FAST... I had other portable chargers that just weren't doing the trick. I have an ipad and iphone. I honestly wanted to utilize it for the ipad because I use it so often. This charger does the trick perfectly. Other chargers i had used with the Ipad charged it but it took forever this charger charged it quickly and effectively. I know some people may say 20 bucks for a charger but it's soooooo worth it. On top of that you probably would find one less accountable but more expensively at a store like best buy.

Awesome power source!
I have had this charger now for several months and I love it. It is lightening fast when charging my Samsung Galaxy 6. I can charge my phone at least 5 times before the indicator light turns red. We are avid hikers and bikers so I want to be sure I always have cell phone access. This power source makes sure I do!

All the battery power you could need!
Fantastic portable battery! It will keep you on the go and fully charged! It is a larger portable battery though so probably too heavy to carry on your person or in your pockets. It would be great for inside a bag/backpack though.

One of the best
Great build quality ! Looks, feels and works premium !!! I've had the Kans portable charger for almost a year and it still works efficiently ,I have never completely drained the battery, just shows how much power 20,000 mAh really is , great for the tech person in your life and I just orders another one to give as a gift

Nothing's built to last anymore
It only lasted about 7 months. The first of the 2 USB ports just fell out into the device. The second quit working about a month later. The bank still has juice, you just can't plug anything into it anymore.
