V76 by VaughnClean Shave Hydrating Gel Cream Formula for Men

I don't know about the smell of this, but I don't buy things because of the smell. I used this to shave my face. I basically washed my hairy face with this and let it sit on my face while I cleaned the toilet. I have never, and I know this is hard to believe, but never had a cleaner shave. Never. I'm now really upset because I just wanted to try this stuff. I didn't want to use it all the time. My face was like a baby's bottom. Smooth. Clean. Fresh. I don't want to buy this all the time. I'm not going to buy this all the time. I actually get a reasonable shave with facial soap. This stuff is like facial soap on steroids. I guess I just learned what a close shave really is and I'm upset. Why couldn't it have a name like Good Shave Stuff? Why dos it have to have a name like V76 by Vaughn? Sometimes I use and electric shaver, and I still have several cans of Foamy Shave Stuff, so the good news is it will take a year to use this up. I'll use it when I want a Baby Face. No one paid me anything or cares what I think regarding this review. I still can't believe it, don't want to believe it, and it is totally inconsistent with my universe. This is good stuff.

I have been using a safety razor for a decade and this is a great after shower shave gel. I have never had any issues with this product. Helps leave a smooth shave and my razor doesn’t really catch hairs which is the only thing I care about from shave creams

I've been using this pricey shave gel for a couple of years now and really like it, but I recently bought four cans of the stuff and discovered that one of them was defective. Amazon won't let me return it and the manufacturer hasn't replied to my request for help. So, good product if you can get it out of the can, but if you can't, a huge waste of money. Buyer beware.

I use a DE safety razor but the whole brush thing is just too much bother. Vaughn shave gel gives at least as good a shave without the hassle. It comes out of the can as a gel but quickly works into a terrific lather. The price may seem high but a little goes a long way. Get a very small amount on your finger, rub fairly vigorously onto your face and you will be amazed at the quantity of lather. It really does produce a nice thick lather with no need for a brush. Unlike most canned products which left my skin feeling dry, Vaughn leaves your skin feeling moisturized. It's a great product.

I really like this product so I bought a can a few months ago to have on hand. When I tried to use it the gas was very weak and the gel-cream would not come out. V76 does not accept returns from online retailers and Amazon closed the "window for returns" 30 days after I received the product, so I don't seem to have any recourse. A real disappointment!

The scent is nice and light and does not linger on your face after you wash it off. The canister lasted roughly over half a year before I needed to get another one.I paired it with a Japanese safety razor - shaves like butter!

The shaving gel I have used for the past 10 years isn't sold in the US anymore so I thought I'd give V76 a shot....and I'm so glad I did. It's pricey for shaving gel, but I have really sensitive skin and this lathers into a thick, lush foam that holds up well in the shower and provides a great shave.
