I love love, love the shampoo and conditioner. I am a licensed cosmetologist. One of my clients came in within a month of using this, and I noticed how soft her course hair had become. She told me that she had received this combo as a gift so I had to try it for myself. It’s beautiful. It makes my hair feel clean or longer. It’s wonderful for natural gray hair as it keeps it nice and soft, it keeps the wiry look away, added volume clean very light scent a little goes a long way. I’ll definitely be behind this and telling all my clients about it.

I recently bought this shampoo and conditioner and like it a lot. What I don't like, and the reason for one less star, is that the conditioner is so thick I have a hard tie getting it out of the bottle. Its a great product and the conditioner is moisturizing and does help remove tangles, which is a plus for my long hair. I will have to look for a pump on Amazon for this bottle to more easily get the conditioner out (I hope!). The local Sally's did not have pumps that small. I do recommend the product, but also suggest you buy pumps for these 12 ounce bottles.

This shampoo is great for bringing out my curls. It smells good too and has pretty good ingredients. A little goes a long way. Nothing bad to say.

If you have sensitive skin and / or are sensitive to scented things - get this. I have chemical sensitivity and cannot use anything with a fragrance. I thought i had dandruff and have forced myself to use head and shoulders, however, the last time I used it, my scalp literally started peeling off and has been so dry and i have had a migraine since I washed my hair last. I dread washing my hair. Today - I used this for the first time. It lathered nice, my hair is soft (soft enough) and I do not have a raging migraine. I recommend trying it at least before the other more expensive shampoos. 10 / 10.

Words cannot express how much I hate both the new brand and the new formula, but I'll try. The original look and product had my deep loyalty: the shampoo and conditioner worked great for my curlyish hair, better than anything else I've used. The bottle design was charming, imbued trust, and was deeply pleasing to look at while I showered. The new formula is not the same and is no longer worth my money. The design is worse. As a professional graphic designer, I'm reluctant to hate too hard on redesigns, as I assume they must have reasons and sometimes a necessary change is hard to adjust to for a while. But this redesign is so atrocious on so many levels that I am making an exception. I used to be able to spot this bottle a mile away, and easily see the scent I use. Now, it's a sea of nothing. It is so nondescript, all information parsing is utterly lost. And the visual hard fork away from an artisan, earthy/botanical/natural feel towards the insta-trend of the moment is a turn-off for me. It does a good job of indicating that this is NOT a product I want to put anywhere near my hair, and as you've changed the formula to match, I suppose it does a good job of reflecting the contents. If I didn't have to order this online sometimes because my local shops were out, I'd never know that this bottle was the shampoo I (used to) use. While remodeling my downstair bath, I literally MADE my in-shower shelving size based on your beautiful old bottles, that's how much of a super-fan I was. Now, looking at your ugly, soulless bottle on them makes me want to throw things. Mainly the bottles. In the trash. It may be that you had to change the formula because you are unable to get some ingredients, or at a reasonable cost (though it is a lie on the packaging where it claims to be "the same great product"). That is slightly more understandable to me. The redesign is horrendous, and without justification.
