Easy To Take Vitamins
I have a very hard time taking and keeping multivitamins down, so these have been great for me. I have far less stomach upset than I had with other multivitamins (definitely have to take with food), so that is a huge plus. You do have to take two tablets to equal one regular vitamin tablet, so it does make them a bit pricey for the amount you receive. However, I feel that my ability to digest these with less side effects (mostly nausea related) makes up for that.
