I purchased this for my iPhone 11. The package came on time and in brand new perfect condition. I have been using it for about 2 1/2 months now with absolutely no issues. It charges my iPhone fast and easy. On one end it is the iPhone charger, and the other end is USB C charger. It came with the charging cable and the wall piece. I only use it for my phone, and I leave it plugged into the same wall outlet and I do not move it around. This was a great buy and I would definitely recommend. I will buy another set for my vehicle because this is so great and charges very fast.

I love the charger it’s the second one I have purchased. It charges my devices very quickly. I would warn you that it does charge the things that is not necessarily approved for but it does get very warm while doing it i.e. my older cell phone.

This charger is fast and fits the air pods cord ,the longer cord will work for my wife to pug in at work .

my phone is constantly dying and this charger gives me a full charge in 20mins

The product is good quality and priced reasonably. So far, the amount of time it takes my phone to charge has roughly been reduced by half. I recommend the product for both the value and the quality.

I messaged them, waited a few weeks, sent them another message, waited less than a week, then messaged them again and said “I guess I’ll wait until Thursday and if I still have no response, I’ll just reach out to Amazon”. This was on the Monday, and I didn’t hear back by that Thursday. Something came up and I actually forgot to call Amazon, so it was another week and a half before I actually called Amazon, and they still didn’t reply.Long story short: they claim you get a 5 year warranty, but they don’t actually honour it. You’ll have to call Amazon and make a claim that way. I mean, it’s only $20, but I’d steer clear of any seller that does this.The issue, for the record, was the cables stopped working. The chargers work fine, but the cables just stopped... after 3 months.You’ve been warned. I do NOT recommend this product or seller.== END OF UPDATE ==I got this because it was a 2 pack, was fairly cheap, and had a braided cord (black one did at least, white one didn’t look like it). Either way, there’s a few concerns but for the most part I’m still happy.First, the speed is very close to an Apple 20W charger. With my 11 Pro, I got the 20W charger and cable. I used this charger in it’s own socket as a baseline, then used Ampere (an app on the App Store) to measure the charging speed. Apple’s 20W charger ran ~2,329mA. I did the same test, right after, with the same socket and phone metrics, but using this product entirely (20W charger and the cable) and it rang in at 2,107 mA. Not the Apple speeds, but nothing drastically short either.The second concern was the warranty. The product lists a 5 year warranty. I contacted them to ask what the after-purchase email would be, including this warranty contact, and they said to just contact them on Amazon. When the product came, there was no warranty card in the packaging, so your best bet is to screenshot this (“5 year warranty on the items page”) for later referencing.Although there’s no actual guideline for what the warranty covers, my assumption is it can’t be user damage, and instead it must be a manufacturing issue (for example if it just stops charging out of the blue and there’s no signs of physical damage).The lack of the warranty given with this product, as well as the charging speed should make this a 3/5 in my eyes, but in all honesty, if they do honor the 5 year warranty, and the fact that you get two 20W chargers and two USB-C to lightning braided cords for the price this is at this time ($20.99 CAD), I can’t give it anything lower than 4/5.All in all, I highly recommend this product, and assuming that if the seller doesn’t honor the warranty, I’d expect Amazon would. == CORRECTION: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR SELLER, SEE THE UPDATE AT THE BEGINNING OF THIS REVIEW!!! ==
