I am writing this review one year after purchase, this leash and collar set are still going strong! By far the most durable brand for my active, rough and tumble pup. This collar has been through it! My pup has taken this collar through every source of water imaginable, pool, river, pond, stream. It has held up very well. For size comparison, my Rottie is 2 years old around 90 lbs, with a large neck. I purchased size large. It had room to grow when I first purchased, but not fits perfectly. I do not think it can be adjusted. The metal clasp is sturdy and adds flair to the collar in my opinion. I love the handle on the collar, it has come in handy numerous times trying to keep him out if things. I purchased the name tag separately on another Amazon listing, but I get compliments on his collar regularly. My Rottie went through numerous collars before I finally purchased this one, they were either not sturdy enough, he chewed through the material, the buckle broke, it was always something. I would definitely recommend this collar and least set for active pups!

Bought this for our gsd. We love the handle and that the collar holds it's place. It won't loosen up when tugged on. My only concern is that the thread around the edges has come undone and is a bit frayed.

I bought this collar for my large breed puppy a few months ago. This thing is the real deal, it’s built to last and very well made, very durable. The handle on it is perfect, and very helpful for short leash walking, or gaining better control of your dog quickly. It also isn’t too bulky as to where it gets snagged on things. I’m really happy with this purchase and am looking to purchase another exact same collar, but i can’t seem to find one in a size XXL as the XL my puppy has is getting too snug.

Much easier to use on a long haired dog! Normal collars catch hair a lot and I always had to clean up clumps of hair that were pulled out. This straps on with ease and doesn’t catch his hair. Looks pretty good as well. The handle is great when cars or people come close. Puts everyone at ease, even though he just wants attention

Nice, sturdy, high quality leash and suitable for its purpose, as described by seller/manufacturer.Excellent idea to put a carabiner with slide lock on to ensure leash to collar clip stays securely in place.Bonus it comes with a waste bag and seatbelt clip. Two Thumbs Up!!The only reason I dropped my rating is because it is too big/heavy, for my dog’s size.Purchased this for my 30lb Jack Russell Terrier that pulls…Suggestion: please make this in a smaller size (narrower leash/handle and smaller/lighter gauge carbide) so it would work with smaller dog and design with a narrower leash/handle width for people with smaller hands so it would be more comfortable for that user.The handle is stiff and if it were more pliable, it would add to the comfort when holding it. Overall: a decent, multipurpose product that works. Highly recommended for larger dogs.If you made one specifically designed for a dog like mine, I would purchase it in a heartbeat! Please let me know if you carry a product like this more suitable to my needs.

I purchased this for the locking mechanism on this lead. I really did not pay much attention to anything else listed in the description so I was very surprised at the added things that came with this like the poop bag holder the seat belt clip and the second hand grip also the built in bungee part. It also has reflector stitching. I love the weight of this lead as well . I only wish it had come in a pink colour as my dog is female but I'm not complaining.
